In 2016 when KTA celebrated its’ centennial celebration, KTA Mascots were born to commemorate 100 years with the Hawai’i Island community. Each mascot was hand drawn with the diamonds and sun of the KTA logo within each character and soon each department had its own mascot! In 2024, the KTA Mascot ‘ohana grew with some of Hawaii’s favorite foods from KTA!
